Dawn's Stained Glass by Jeanne PrueWhen I got my new laptop earlier this year, it was so much fun to play around with image editing software. I was especially fascinated with "posterizing" photos. You could take a mediocre or just plain bad photo and turn it into beautiful art. The images looked to me like those in stained glass. So for my niece Dawn's birthday, I made her a small wall hanging featuring posterized photos of her two children.

The photos were printed onto fabric treated with Bubble Jet Set 2000. The wall hanging used a foundation paper pieced block from Sew Precise 4 and was hand quilted.
