1999 Flower Blocks Quilt by Arlene Uzar

January, 2000 - Arlene Uzar from New York is the winner of the 1999 Flower Block of the Month quilt contest. She was the first person to submit a photograph of her completed quilt top using all 12 of the 1999 Flower Blocks. Arlene said,"I especially liked doing the December block. The fabric I found just seemed to go well together and made the block just dance. I love it." So do we, Arlene - you did a spectacular job! Thank you so much for sharing.
