Pooh Stocking by Avon

April, 2000 - It's about time I introduce you to my Mom, Avon Mackay. Mom is an incredible seamstress. She's clothed all seven of us kids, all 20 of her grandchildren, her four great-grandkids and countless other children of friends and children in need. Her real forte is machine applique.

       

Mom designed these for my brother and his family. Aren't they wonderful? They will look spectacular hanging on the mantle next Christmas. You can do the same for me, Mom!
